I had a mixed experience at Hotel Riu Naiboa in Punta Cana. On the positive side, I found the food to be fantastic with a wide range of options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was friendly, especially my room maid who created lovely towel displays daily. However, I faced issues such as the seaweed problem at the beach and a lack of variety in activities and entertainment options. Overall, while I enjoyed certain aspects, some areas definitely need improvement.
